Sliding Fee Scale
We understand that financing mental health services can be a road block from receiving the services that you are looking for. Here at Healthy Solutions Institute we are dedicated to assisting you in being able able to meet your desired outcomes. We offer a sliding fee scale. If paying for services is a concern please feel free to ask about our sliding fee options.
Insurance
Currently, our mental health practitioner is not participating with any insurance panels. Our mental health practitioner is considered an "out-of-network provider." Services may be reimbursed to you in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are willing to assist you in assessing your options. The following are some questions that you may ask your health plan:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is pre-authorization required prior to receiving services?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service. If you need to use a credit card for payment please do so before each session via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
